Wheel-Loader Emergency Response Tow Hook

In case of emergency where a wheel-loader breaks down and becomes trapped in an unsafe situation, a customer required an emergency device to make rescue of the operator and equipment possible. This emergency device is a tow hook that must withstand the forces applied to it when a 988 Wheel Loader is dragged across the ground by a rescue vehicle. Standard Engineering performed analysis by calculation and utilized FEA to ensure that the emergency hook would be capable of withstanding such loading.
